Monitoring - From Vivi: "A fix has been deployed to address the issue affecting Play Content when using YouTube links.

"Following the deployment, the majority of YouTube content is now playing as expected. We are continuing to monitor the system to ensure stability, as a small number of videos may still not behave as expected.

"We will provide another update within the next few hours, or sooner if there are any changes."

"Our engineering team is actively working on a solution. At this time, YouTube content may still fail to load or freeze during playback.
This remains a high-priority issue. We will provide a further update as progress continues."
