Users (faculty and students) may see an error message ("Almost There—We need more information from your LMS so we can get everything setup correctly.") when attempting to use OneNote Class Notebook from within Rockspace.
We have confirmed the values it indicates as incorrect are correct, and Microsoft is reporting no issues on their end. We have opened a support case with PowerSchool to investigate the issue.
As a workaround, students and faculty encountering this error may still access OneNote Class Notebook directly by using the OneNote link in the Microsoft 365 folder on Trinity.Rocks.
